It is a very special day, in the morning you may skip your usual breakfast at the hotel and then get your first Bali’s typical food adventure. Heading to Pantai Segara Sanur, where Warung “Men Weti” is already crowded with local Balinese people and domestic tourist from another part of Indonesia like Jakarta and Surabaya.  This is a simple warung with only wooden benches and chairs around the footpath.  It offers a basic Balinese dish commonly comprise Bali spiced roast chicken, betutu, deep-fried crispy chicken skin, half egg topped with hot tomato sambal, blanched cassava leaves, shredded coconut layer mix, fried peanuts and a special symbol that consists of sliced shallots, chili and salt.
