Class provides a valuable insight into various techniques, traditional and modern food preparation and cooking style used in homes across the island. Dressed in black and white aprons and a copy of 12 recipes, participants will be guided into the many secrets, and flavors of Bali and at the same time, discover and feel the peacefulness of a harmonious Warung.
During a satisfying breakfast of Balinese cakes, fruits, black rice pudding and a bowl of tender sweet rice flour dumplings in palm sugar coconut sauce; we will explain the various aspects of Balinese cuisine and with it give participants a better understanding of Bali’s food culture
Dressed in black and white aprons we will first look at the many spices used which give our cuisine it’s so unique and well blended taste and flavor.
