As you enter Taksu Spa, you will enjoy the beautiful jungle oasis away from the busy street. A perfect place to find tranquility and to relax. Our Reception staff will assist with your booking and spa consultation form.
Myofascial Release at Taksu is a quite strong massage. It is a soft tissue therapy for the treatment of muscle immobility and chronic pain that creates long-lasting changes.
Here, your tense muscles will be treated which aims to relax contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation. Fascia is a thin, tough, elastic type of connective tissue that wraps most structures within the human body together, including muscle. Fascia supports and protects these structures, which can become restricted due to overuse, trauma, infectious agents, or inactivity, often resulting in pain, muscle tension, and corresponding diminished blood flow. It helps toxins, fluid, assist in weight loss, and melts cellulite and fat. You will be left relaxed, refreshed and light after this treatment. You can let our therapist know the type of pressure you prefer: SOFT, MEDIUM, STRONG.
