Pura Pulaki is a Balinese Hindu temple or a pura located to the west of Singaraja , Bali , Indonesia. The temple is set on flat land with rocky outcrops as the backdrop. The area of Pulaki has been inhabited since the prehistoric age. Several stone tools shaped like ax were discovered in Pura Melanting, a temple near Pura Pulaki, in 1987. The area of Pura Pulaki may have been a center of a pre-Hindu religion which makes use of a religious building in the form of a staged pyramid.

This Temple in Buleleleng is close to Pulaki and Kerta Kawat Temple, and its history is closely related to one another. This temple is a small temple, build around a sacred spring, high up in the hills. From the parking lot, you can already see this sacred staircase that will take you to Pelinggih Ratu Mas Manik on the top. You will go through about 700 steps in the Pulaki forest which is still inhabited by hundreds of monkeys.
