Pick up from hotel in south Bali at approx. 08.30 am in South Area and drive straight to Kusamba fishingvillage to see farmers apply a centuries-old traditioninproducing 100% natural salt by sun and wind evaporation. They might be the last generation of salt farmers in Bali since less people are interested to do the job due to its time consuming and sun-dependent method. .The salt produced is of high quality, with coarse salt granules and high iodine content

The process to make coconut oil will be shown after looking around the compound as watching the local’s activities such as: Ironing smith to see how’s Balinese people produce their traditional tools, how’s Balinese people produce wine “tuak” followed rated from the way of life that have been inherited from generation to generation for centuries.Practice your climbing skill to climb the coconut tree to get the coconut fruits for our beverage after involving our self in rice farm cultivation by using traditional tools, to plant the rice is amazing experience in your life, Bale Bengong (Gazebo) is the place where we can enjoy our lunch before the program is ended
