The morning session as well as the afternoon were full of inspiration and motivational help to make a step for yourself.

I got to learn incredibly much about the human body, breathing and boundaries that we create in our minds.

Ice baths and the Win Hof breathing can be a little intimidating to try. It seems uncomfortable and challenging. Alex did a wonderful job or making everyone feel comfortable from the start and was present and open. He learned every single attendees' name and gave everyone personal attention when needed.

I was most surprised by the amount of knowledge and learning that was shared by Alex. He was like a walking Wikipedia of breathwork and ice baths. Before taking the plunge we'd walked through the why and the how of the process. While I won't say it was easy I will definitely say it was worth it.
