Ubud Trip Overview
The surrounding areas of Ubud are famous for its stunning green nature and unique culture. During this tour, this is exactly what you will be experiencing. Starting the day with a beautiful walk through the Tegalalang rice terrace. You will be able to wander around on your own and enjoy what it has to offer.
We will then enjoy a chocolate tasting session where you will also see how raw, vegan chocolate is being made.
Driving further up north we will then stop at a coffee plantation. You get to see the process of how (Luwak) coffee is made and you will even be able to try out various teas and coffees while enjoying the views over the valley.
After having stopped for lunch, we continue to Pura Gunung Kawi temple. This temple is made up of 10 rock-cut shrines that are on both sides of a little river. The complex is surrounded by a quiet green scenery and a small river.

To avoid the crowd and mid-day heat, we will first visit the Tegalalang rice terraces. Take some time to walk down through the rice fields and familiarize yourself with the process of growing rice. But most importantly, enjoy the stunning scenery on the site.

Stop At: Bali Pulina Coffee Plantation, Br Pujang Kelod, Desa Sebatu, Kecamatan Tegallalang Br Pujang Kelod Desa Sebatu, Gianyar 80561 Indonesia
Next we will visit a coffee plantation. Here you can learn the process of how (Luwak) coffee is made. A guided tour is included. Now you can enjoy the stunning view over the valley, while tasting various coffees and teas. You can decide for yourself if you want to try the Luwak coffee (not included), buy anything at the shop or jump on the swing.

Stop At: Mount Kawi, Pakrisan River, Tampaksiring 80552 Indonesia
After having stopped for lunch, we drive to Pura Gunung Kawi. The temple is spread across both sides of the Pakerisan river. There are 10 rock-cut shrines carved into 7-meter-high wall. The temple requires you to walk down stairs while enjoying beautiful views as you descend. Once down, you can enjoy the shrines surrounded by the green scenery.
